Craig has piloted a new type of teaching academy at Silverstone circuit working along side the Focused Events team who are leaders at Track day events in UK. The academy is called "The Trilogy Tour" and is based on aggressive low speed handling techniques, front wheel stoppie techniques, wheelie techniques, race track cornering techniques and race circuit track time. British Super bike stars Steve Plater or Niall Mackenzie give expert and first hand personal tuition on race circuit cornering techniques.

The west Midlands Traffic Police force teach slow machine control and braking distance theory all as part of their “Bike Safe” initiative. All techniques are based around Buell & Harley-Davidson motorcycles supplied by Craig in conjunction with Harley-Davidson Silverstone dealership, Towcester, UK. Craig has also been very successful in working with South African, Dutch, Danish, Italian and Japanese Buell customers in their respective country markets. Craig has been able to connect with riders and readily pass on his skills to ultimately improve a rider's ability.

Comments by Harley-Davidson Silverstone

"I'm over the moon with all the success and feedback from the Buell Academy so far. It has been a invalable tool to help promote the Buell brand to our customers and new interested prospects.
There is so much more that everyone can get from their machines and with the expert tuition from Craig, Niall and Steve, everyone has done just that!! Lots more to come in the near future too, its a really exciting time for Buell."

Police Comments

"Dear Craig

I would like to express my gratitude for allowing Bikesafe staff to attend your rider skills academy, it was clear that what you were teaching to the students would enhance their overall safe machine control. We were also grateful for the opportunity to have a two hour input in the programme based around police riding skills. I anticipate that subject to management approval this will be the start of a continued joint venture where West Midlands Police work with you in the goal of making riders safer through education. The Craig Jones brand would also be of great benefit in promoting Bikesafe and by association attracting future students for West Midlands Police Bikesafe events."

Yours sincerely,

Marcus McCormick (Roads Policing Officer and coordinator of West Midlands Bikesafe) and acting on behalf of Richard Breeze (Traffic Forensic Collision Investigator and joint coordinator of West Midlands Bikesafe)
